1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "45bd", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operators of the 45bd platform accessible at 45bd.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the 45bd website, mobile browser interface, and all related software, tools, and services made available to players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility and Registration

Registering with false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any winnings generated under the falsely registered account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

45bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before withdrawals are processed, when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds, or at any time 45bd deems it necessary to verify your identity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until documents are provided and reviewed.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The 45bd platform is designed primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 45bd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 45bd makes no representation that its services are suitable for use in any jurisdiction other than those where it is permitted to operate. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed and funds returned without notice.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 45bd will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified 45bd of a security breach without undue delay.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You must keep all account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information change, you must update your account profile promptly. 45bd is not liable for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate account information.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

45bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified; (c) the player requests self-exclusion; (d) the player fails to complete required KYC verification; or (e) the platform is required to act by a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, 45bd reserves the right to withhold any balance in line with applicable regulations.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 45bd may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once this period has elapsed, deducted from any remaining real-money balance. Players will be notified at the email address on file prior to any dormancy fee being applied. No dormancy fee will be applied to a balance of zero.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

45bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the relevant payment method pages within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. 45bd reserves the right to apply transaction limits at the account level in response to risk or compliance considerations.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud review. Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. 45bd is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to payment methods other than those used for the corresponding deposit unless an exception is approved by the 45bd support team.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All player balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 45bd does not conduct currency conversion and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency payment attempted by a player will be rejected or returned at the player's cost.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

45bd is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or any related financial crime. Players may not deposit funds for any purpose other than genuine participation in the betting and gaming services offered. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without meaningful wagering activity is prohibited and may be treated as suspicious activity, triggering a KYC review and potential account suspension.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered placed and binding once it has been confirmed by the 45bd platform and a confirmation reference has been generated. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake, selection, and odds — before confirming any wager.

6.2 Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on the 45bd platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed (manifest error), 45bd reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds and return stakes to the affected accounts. 45bd will communicate such events to affected players via the email address registered to their account.

6.3 Void Bets

45bd reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the outcome was already determined; (b) the event was cancelled or abandoned without a settlement result; (c) a manifest error in odds or game settings occurred; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account balance.

6.4 Live and In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. A bet placed on a live market is accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation by our system, which may differ from the odds displayed at the moment you clicked to place the bet due to latency. 45bd is not responsible for price changes occurring during data transmission delays on the player's device or network.

6.5 Casino and Instant-Win Games

All casino games — including live dealer games, slots, Monster Dice, and Color Prediction — use certified random number generation or live physical equipment. Game results are final once the round concludes. Disconnections occurring mid-round will be resolved in accordance with the game's internal round-completion logic; the outcome will be recorded and the corresponding win or loss applied to your balance upon reconnection.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 45bd are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In all cases, bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse 45bd's bonus or promotional system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements rather than genuine gameplay, or colluding with other players in connection with bonus offers — is a material breach of these Terms. 45bd reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

7.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 45bd platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or systems. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after those funds have been wagered on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the 45bd support team or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 45bd platform — including but not limited to the 45bd name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 45bd or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 45bd platform without the prior written consent of 45bd. Unauthorised use of 45bd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy and Data
